What are your minimum screen print runs?

Screen print has a minimum of 12 garments. If these minimums are not met, fees will be applied to your order.

What is your minimum embroidery?

For embroidery items, we would like to have at least 12 but it is not a requirement. Please note that there is an upcharge for under 12 items.

What forms of payment do you except?

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please note that all credit card transactions come with a 3% processing fee for payments made at the store and a 4% fee for payments made over the phone.

I have questions about sizing - can you help?

Leisure Hut is happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding sizing. Feel free to give us a call and we can work with you on sizing differences across our brand apparel.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Leisure Hut will make every effort to get your order completed as soon as possible. Turnaround times can vary depending on the time of the year and based on your production selection. Feel free to ask our team for up-to-date turnaround times when you place your order.

Are you locally owned?

Yes! Leisure Hut has served Daviess County and the surrounding communities for over 50 years, having been started and locally owned since 1972. Shop local, save local!

Will you print this artwork?

Our world views are quite diverse, and we are very open minded, but we reserve the right to refuse an order if we find it to be of a questionable nature. We will not print artwork that promotes hate, racism, sexism, or other offensive materials.

What is your payment policy?

Payment is required in full at the time your order is finished unless other arrangements are made in advance. ALL new customers are required to pay in full for their first order placed with Leisure Hut.

I have garments, can you print or embroider them?

Printing or embroidering customer garments is something we do regularly. If you are interested in providing your own garments, please ensure they are all new, unworn, and unwashed for the best results.

Can you help me with my artwork?

If you do not have print-ready professional artwork, we've got the skills to help you out. We charge $30 per hour for design and recreation.
If you think you have print-ready artwork, send it our way.

How do you need my artwork?

All artwork is preferred in vector format. Please see the design resources page HERE (add a link to "here" that leads to that page) to see more information.

Do you offer promotional items?

We offer a variety of promotional items such as koozies, pens, lanyards, etc. Please contact the store for more information on minimums and pricing for promotional items.

Do I get charged a digitizing fee every time I want something embroidered?

There is no charge if the design is the exact same design and close to the same sizes as previously used. If the design needs to be resized over 50% of the current file, resized to 50% less to the current file, or if there are tweaks beyond thread color chages, there will be a digitizing fee applied.

Do you save my art files?

Yes, and we can use them to recreate nearly identical prints for future orders.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping to all 50 states!
